Conference Archive

The EWB National Conference is Canada’s largest annual international development conference. Held annually, it brings together hundreds of student leaders and professional engineers from across the country to explore and discuss the complexity of international development.

In the past, our delegates have been challenged and inspired by speakers such as Stephen Lewis (UN Special Envoy to Africa) in 2004, Lloyd Axworthy (former Minister of Foreign Affairs) in 2005, Robert Chambers (international development author) and Lt. General Roméo Dallaire (Force Commander of the United Nations Mission to Rwanda) in 2006, The Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean (Governor General of Canada) in 2007, and Ralph Nader (US political activist) in 2008.

We invite you to relive some of these exciting speeches and other archives, available at conferences.ewb.ca.
